The Monthly Promos & Specials Calendar highlights opportunities to try something new, enjoy limited-time offerings, and participate in seasonal and cultural celebrations throughout the year.

Look for the calendar around campus, on digital screens, and at participating dining locations.

Retail Dollars give students flexibility when dining on campus.

They can be used at retail dining locations and vending machines. For those with an Off-Campus Meal Plan, Retail Dollars can be used to cover the cost of an unlimited dining swipe at Pay-One-Price dining locations across campus.

Need to add more funds throughout the semester? Retail Dollars can be added online at any time.

And one helpful thing to remember: Retail Dollars roll over from the fall semester to the spring semester, but they do not roll over from spring to fall.

New semester, new things happening across campus!

There are plenty of updates to discover this fall—from new dining options and expanded allergen-friendly choices to refreshed spaces and a new location for ID Card Services.

Origins is now at Red Jacket, bringing bold Asian-inspired flavors and build-your-own options, including Gyudon Bowls and Rice Bowls. Students can order through mobile ordering or the kiosk.

Clean Eats is expanding with more Top 9 allergen-friendly options, new bowls at Mary Jemison, and Clean Eats Grab & Go options across campus.

Mary Jemison has a few new things to try, including smoothies and a cold Asian salad bar. MJ is also now fully Pay-One-Price.

And if you need ID Card Services, you can now find them in Fraser Hall 215 & Campus House located on 17 Main St. We encourage students to make an appointment when possible.

What does “POP” mean? And can you use it with your meal plan?

We know dining terminology can get a little confusing, especially when you’re comparing meal plans and dining options.

Here’s the quick breakdown:

POP (Pay One Price) refers to our unlimited dining locations: Letchworth, Mary Jemison, and Red Jacket.

If your student has an unlimited meal plan, POP dining is included as part of their plan.

But you don’t need an unlimited meal plan to eat at a POP location. Students with an Off-Campus Meal Plan, KnightBlue Retail Plan, or Retail Dollars can also dine at POP locations for $13.25 per entry, deducted from their available balance.

Think of it this way:
Unlimited meal plan → POP is included
Declining balance → $13.25 per POP entry

And Retail Dollars can also be used at Books & Bites, Starbucks, Market North, and vending machines.

Our five off-campus meal plans give you a declining retail balance to use at campus dining locations:

Supreme — $750
Premium — $500
Basic — $375
Express — $250
Trial — $150

You can also use your plan at pay-one-price dining locations for $13.25 per entry.

Campus Auxiliary Services at SUNY Geneseo is honored to be named the Grand Prize Winner for Residential Special Event of the Year at the 2026 NACUFS Loyal E. Horton Dining Awards!

Our team also had the opportunity to attend the 2026 NACUFS National Conference in New Orleans, where we connected with collegiate dining professionals from across the country, explored the latest industry trends, and celebrated excellence in campus dining.
