Fresh Bold Korean Flavor. Ka'Chi was born back in 2011 as we sought to offer traditional Korean cuisine and flavors in a more approachable way.

Since then we've been fortunate enough to serve Philly and surrounding area through our Tacos, Bowls, Kimchi Fried Riceballs, Grilled Kimcheese and our House made Kimchi.

Our heart is breaking for all the people caught in this mess we call war. Can't imagine the pain of all the families that are being ripped apart right now. Hoping this resolves quickly but in the meantime praying for all the people as you fight for your families, and country. Just know that millions around the world stand with you!

Right around this time of year 10 years ago, my wife and I flew down south to meet our first baby. Little did we know she would be over 10.5 ft tall and 20 ft long, be a beast to drive up from Little Rock Arkansas to Philly and embark us on a journey that would literally change our lives.

We had big aspirations of what we wanted our business to look like and where we wanted to go but along the way alot of those ideas and dreams changed. But one thing we would never change is the path it took us on. Leading us to so many amazing places we never dreamed of going to and meeting some incredible amazing people along the way. Some that will be life long friends( you know who you are 😉)

As many of you know we had been thinking about the future of Ka'Chi even before Covid hit. Whether to push forward or pivot in some other direction. And it is with bitter sweet emotion to announce that we have decided to close down the truck.

This was a difficult decision because Ka'Chi has been our identity for a good portion of the last decade. But we know that with everything in life, things change and come to an end. We will miss all of our customers and friends that we made during our time running Ka'Chi Truck. And are SOOOOOOO grateful for each and everyone of you. Without you, we wouldn't have existed and enjoyed much success and felt so much love along the way. Thank you from the bottom of our heart for keeping us from day 1

This is not a forever goodbye. We hope to post in the future of korean recipes and some of our staple items from the truck!

Hopefully we will cross paths again in the future.
