We want to start out by saying Thank-You to all of our family, friends, and customers that encouraged and supported us in our food truck venture.
We met a lot of great people in the food truck community and have built friendships with them; built on laughter and sometimes frustrations-running a food truck is constant changes and challenges.
We’ve experienced new places of business and have met so many wonderful business owners! We thank you all for always welcoming us.
We have had the chance to meet so many people and hear their very wonderful memories and stories of their love for European food and culture.
We especially loved making people happy with tasting Langoš and Rezeň s ryžou-sometimes again after not having it for years, and sometimes for the first time, and sometimes at multiple events. We will definitely miss that!
However, with that being said, we have officially sold the food trailer and look forward to having a little bit more family time, especially with our ever growing family.

Christopher, aka the Ice Cream Man, is doing so much better! Chris would like to thank everyone that has sent well wishes and prayers. He has a village behind him to support him during his recovery.

Don’t forget to stop out at Titonka Brewing Company and get some cold drinks and great food!
I highly recommend Buffalo Creek and Wilson’s Cherry; paired with Ashley’s Favorite Langoś or a tenderloin!
