Esteemed Ernesto Customers,

It’s with a heavy heart that we ask you to please help our beloved Lucy and her family cover her funeral and hospital costs. Unfortunately she was in a tragic accident that took her life. Lucy was a mother and grandmother. She had such a willing and loving heart. She had been with us working the kitchen for over 18 years. But most importantly, Lucy was our family. We hope that you can help us alleviate the pressure, cost wise, for Lucy’s daughter, son as she mourns the loss of her mother all the while arranging a funeral and medical expenses. Thank you for supporting us all of these years and it would mean the world to have your support in this cause.

Who’s up for another round of plates?!

We hope you all have been enjoying the newly introduced plates. We’re starting to see demand pick up for so we thank you all very much for the requests. Just so you all know the we have been serving is authentic Texas styled . We use pecan wood in our smoker and pair it with an awesome barbecue rub that enhances the flavor. So before we spray these two bad boys with apple juice—to help with the moisture—we thought we’d share a piece of the process. Next up in an hour or so is the wrap so they’re ready to cook all night and ready to serve tomorrow.

Talk about not posting in a while! So sorry about that, and we promise we will get better at social media!

Anyhow we just wanted to let our wonderful and amazing clients know that we are now introducing brisket to our menu! We’ve got lots to choose from—four dishes to be exact lol—so if you’re craving brisket on a weekend come on by! The brisket dishes will be available only on weekends but as demand goes up, and you all enjoy it, then we will ensure this isn’t a weekend only thing. Let us know what you think and get your dish before it runs out!
