These cuties are coming to visit from North Carolina and are SOOOO excited “to eat Aunt Ackie’s pizza”

Fornax will be closed on Monday October 12th so we have can have an extra day to visit with my sister and nephews!
They haven’t been out to visit since our wedding in 2022 and have no memories of crabbing or the Tillamook Creamery 😱 we can’t wait for our little visitors 💙💚

As a part of North Coast Food Trail Crave the Coast, we will be offering 20% one pizza for our Tillamook County farmers for the month of October.

Italian tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, Moon River Farm sweet onions, shallots and Jimmy Nardello peppers, Josi Farms sweet peppers, Hungarian wax peppers and fennel roasted together with a touch of oregano, Nehalem River Ranch Italian sausage, Ferndale Farmstead Cheese smoked Scamorza and Parmesan

When I saw all the peppers variations on the Josi Farms produce list my mind immediately went to eating an Italian sausage and pepper hoagie outside of Fenway Stadium waiting for the Red Sox game with my bestie Danielle & Wayne Van Steen and sis Tina Stuber Darnell ⚾️ and because I have ocd and couldn’t get the thought out of my head, that’s what I made 😂

A little time away camping in the high desert to make us extra appreciative of our coastal home 🌞
Overall, we had a super fun time camping! Celebrated our anniversary, lots of river time in the sunshine, food cooked outside and catching up with good friends from our time in Dayville ⛺️
Highlights include watching river otters play and eat 🦦 and waterfall swim hole 🩵
Low lights include Drew’s car having major issues and needing to be towed outta Maupin to Portland 😵‍💫👎🏻
All that time in the hot sun to make us extra excited for a rainy couple days 😝 come get pizza and say hi!!

Happy Anniversary to my partner in life, love and pizza ❤️🍕❤️🍕
We recently had a mini shoot with Miriam Brummel- Oregon Coast Wedding Photographer to get some fresh shots of Drew in the cart, but also recreated our wedding photos of feeding each other pizza and pretended we were in the movie ‘Ghost’ while topping a pizza 😂😂

jumping into vacation mode like…
I might get a little quiet here over the coming week as I enjoy a lack of cell service and try not to think about pizza 24/7 😵‍💫😝
And yes, this is really me 😂 many years ago in Florida visiting my aunt Cindiw with my sister and mom. Probably a pina colada or 2 was involved in the making of this boomerang video 😆🍹🌴🩵 I own 2 pizza floaties and 1 is definitely coming to the river 🍕
