We use only high quality ingredients, free-range chicken and free-range eggs. Lunch : Noodles and Rice bowls
Dinner: Sashimi, Yakitori, Izakaya style dishes, Noodles and Rice bowls. We close when all the noodle is sold out. We don't serve ramen nor sushi.

Due to recent tariff changes, the 100% buckwheat flour we usually use is temporarily unavailable. We’re currently waiting for an alternative.

Hello, everyone.
We are hoping you are surviving from this heat.

Here is the picture of our seasonal chilled sudachi (Japanese citrus) soba which is not on the menu.

These organic sudachi is from the owner’s back yard which were planted 5 years ago for this menu. There are three trees and each has their fruits differently.

At this point, the one which had the most fruits is almost done and depending on the other two, we will have this menu for one or a few weeks more. Or even more.🤞

We use udon broth with a little bit of soba broth for this to match the delicate flavor of sudachi.

Please pre-order to call or DM. Or ask availability to the servers but we prioritize for ppl who ordered ahead.

This non-caffeinated tea is Dattan Soba Cha. It is a high quality buckwheat tea grown in Nagano prefecture, Japan.

Soba is known for supporting regulation of blood sugar levels and circulation, and good digestion. Since this is made from dattan soba, this soba tea contains 100 times the amount of rutin compared to common buckwheat. Rutin can help strengthen and increase flexibility in blood vessels, thus good for your eyes, prevent strokes, much more.

It is $18 and about 60 servings.
