Our regulars always get the best captures, so I had to share this little pastry appreciation moment 🧡 Thank you Monique for this cruffin cross section of our dreams.

A little closer look at two new faces on the table this week:

Pumpkin Mascarpone Cruffin
Pumpkin mascarpone mousse, whipped white chocolate ganache, pumpkin caramel.

Quince Kouign-Amann
Rose sugar, quince jam with notes of bergamot, rose & vanilla.

Meet the opposite of our chocolate chunk cookie. 🍪

Our honey sesame cookie is light in weight and flavor, with nutty, toasted sesame notes and just a hint of honey sweetness. Crisp edges, chewy center, and a little something unexpected.

Lee and I love keeping her in the fridge for an extra crunch. (Trust us on this one.)

ITS TOO HOT! 🥵

We’re switching things up this Sunday morning and setting up inside the art gallery behind our normal spot at The Enclave.

We’re anticipating little to no line, so you can grab your Noga goodies, snag an iced matcha or coffee from Nook Coffee Bar | Coffee Shop, and get your butt back to the much-needed AC.
