Greetings! We are currently offering Smoked Turkeys for this Thanksgiving pickup at 14+ lbs each!

Your Bird will be:
1) Salt herb brined over night
2) Breasts are injected w/flavor moisture
3) Compound herb Butter spackled between breast and skin
4) Stuffed cavity w/rosemary and garlic herbs
5) Dry rubbed seasoned and smoked to a pinnacle internal temperature
6) Placed into a Turkey bag under a loose tented foil then placed onto a Turkey tray awaiting pickup
7) This is a SmoKING Ribs Smoked Turkey!!!

Happy birthday Grandpa! 107 never looked so good on this first day of Spring 2024!

We enjoyed lunch at Oc & Lau 2 Restaurant/Bar this afternoon. Grandpa had the Canh Chua Ca Lau with Seabass (sweet n sour Seabass hot pot w/vermicelli noodles). He demolished it! Don’t need teeth to enjoy this dish!

It's that time of year again! The Smoking Ribs is now taking pre-orders on 14-16 lbs Smoked Turkeys for Thanksgiving day!

Our Turkeys are injected, seasoned, stuffed with fresh garlic and rosemary sprigs, then smoked for 4-5 hours.

There will be two time slots to pickup on day of Thanksgiving. Noon-12:30pm and 5pm. Pickup time are on first order first served basis. Limited quantity, we will stop orders once all of the slots are filled! $135 +tax.
