Along with our long-standing staff, we take great pride in preparing delicious meals for our guests. Our roots stem from a quaint little tostada stand in the sleepy town of Cotija, Michoacan, known for its artisanal cheeses, festivals, friendly hardworking people, and colonial architecture. We thank you for helping us bering a unique homemade Mexican taste to Orange County that only three culinary generations can. We hope that you enjoy our food as much as we do making it!
