You’ve helped make Salvato’s Bistro so much more than just a restaurant. You’ve helped us create a warm, welcoming place where friends and neighbors come together, familiar faces walk through the door each week, and new friendships are made.

❤️ Pomarita Margtini
When a Martini and a Margarita can’t decide who’s buying the next round. Casamigos tequila meets PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur for a smooth, tart, slightly sweet mash-up of two cocktail favorites. Part Martini. Part Margarita. All trouble.

🍐 French Pear
Elegant, crisp, and a little flirty. A beautifully smooth pear-forward martini with a touch of French-inspired sweetness. Très magnifique!

🍷 Red Sangria

Back in April, when we celebrated our one-year anniversary, we shared a series of posts recognizing our incredible crew. But there was one person we couldn't convince to let us celebrate... Lauren. (Trust me, I tried more than once. 😂)

She'd much rather shine the spotlight on everyone else, but she deserves one of her own. And now that your favorite ginger social media guy is back behind the keyboard, I'm making sure that happens.

As Salvato’s Bistro celebrates one incredible year, we want to recognize the heart behind it all — Lauren. Her vision, dedication, and passion have shaped everything this place has become.

Wife. Mom. Daughter. Sister. Friend. Leader. Lauren wears so many hats, and she carries each one with strength, grace, and unwavering commitment.

She gives her all every day—to the restaurant, the people she loves, and this community. If you know Lauren, you know how much she pours into everything she does.
