Back in April, when we celebrated our one-year anniversary, we shared a series of posts recognizing our incredible crew. But there was one person we couldn't convince to let us celebrate... Lauren. (Trust me, I tried more than once. 😂)

She'd much rather shine the spotlight on everyone else, but she deserves one of her own. And now that your favorite ginger social media guy is back behind the keyboard, I'm making sure that happens.

As Salvato’s Bistro celebrates one incredible year, we want to recognize the heart behind it all — Lauren. Her vision, dedication, and passion have shaped everything this place has become.

Wife. Mom. Daughter. Sister. Friend. Leader. Lauren wears so many hats, and she carries each one with strength, grace, and unwavering commitment.

She gives her all every day—to the restaurant, the people she loves, and this community. If you know Lauren, you know how much she pours into everything she does.

Happy Tuesday, pals! 💚 We hope you're having a wonderful week so far.

We are incredibly proud to be part of the Gansevoort community. It's hard to believe we've been here for 16 months already, and we are so grateful for the friendships, kindness, and support we've experienced along the way.

Every week, we're reminded just how special this community truly is. This past week was another beautiful example as so many people came together to support a local family. Seeing neighbors lift each other up with such generosity and compassion was truly heartwarming. Thank you to everyone who showed their love and support.

Moments like these remind us why we're so thankful to call Gansevoort home. We feel incredibly fortunate to be part of such a caring community.
