I am officially now doing home baking under the Texas Cottage Food Law, have my food handler's permit, and will be baking for the Holidays for those who don't bake, don't want to bake , or don't have time to bake. I do baking, at this time I do not do decorating as in birthday, etc. Most of my friends have had free samples of many of the things I bake. Anyone who might be interested in help with H

Here's a simple way to keep bananas fresh: wrap the stems with plastic wrap and the bananas will stay fresh 4-5 days longer than without it.
