The Rocket Cafe is owned and managed by Marie Chioda. Marie's family-the Colainni's originally opened "The Pizza Palace" in the early 80's. They brought authentic Italian style Pizza and Pasta dishes to Gallup. Later in the mid-90's, the Rocket Cafe opened at that same location. In addition to Italian Cuisine, Marie added New Mexican flavors and American dishes. Recently-remodeled, the Rocket Cafe is a local Gallup Favorite spot. Enjoy Italian, New Mexican or American Entrees in our beautiful new dining area. We have large, flat screen TV's for your entertainment while you dine.
