Greetings and Happy Knit Night Wednesday!! Countdown: LAST DAY!! Double YIKES!!!!! Here is our Final Menu: For Soup, Walt has three to choose from: Chicken & Rice, Cheesy Cauliflower and Cheesy Broccoli. We also have Egg Salad, Roast Beef, Turkey with Cranberry Mayo and his Pulled Pork BBQ served with Coleslaw. Our Bake today is a Mexican Macaroni & Cheese and our Salad today has Turkey, Spiced Walnuts, Dried Cranberries, Walt's Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing with a slice of Homemade French. We will have Brownies, Chocolate Chip Cookies AND Bread Pudding today as well and as such (winking at you Sherri!!) We are overwhelmed by the outpouring of love you all have shown us!! I'm hoping not to cry today, but as I'm writing this I'll tell ya, it's too late! Thank goodness Brent bought me a large box of Kleenex!!! Hugs and Love to you all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Come on Down!

Greetings and Happy TUESDAY a.k.a. the day my Knox Daughter Kailee came for a Surprise Visit!!!!! Lots of Hugs today!!!!!! All the feels!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Countdown: 2 DAYS! YIKES!!!! Okay, for Specials, Walt has Chicken & Rice and Black Bean Soup - also, Egg Salad and Chicken Salad and our Bake today is a Baked Cheddar Macaroni & Cheese. Our Salad has Turkey, Spiced Walnuts, Dried Cranberries, Walt's Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing with a slice of French. Come on Down!!!
