A fan and personal favorite! Indian Monsooned Malabar is a single origin from India that is sure to please. The unique processing of this bean utilizes the heavy rains of the monsoon season and leaves this coffee with a very enjoyable flavor profile of nuts and spice with a low acidity. Great as drip brew, French press, and espresso. This bean is a staple of my coffee bar year round.

Light roasted, the nutty and spice notes really shine through. As this coffee is roasted darker, the acidity mellows further into a rich, hazelnut flavor mixed with caramel. Hello everyone! After a hiatus during my time at school, I am very happy to announce that the roastery is back up and running. I can't wait for the opportunity to roast some amazing coffee for you all. I do small batch roasts of my favorite coffees around the world.

The great thing about doing small batch roasting is that each roast is individualized and can be customized to just the way you like it. Really craving a rich and well-developed dark roast?
