BC Steak A Classic Steakhouse with a Twist On Monday, February 17th, our Gaithersburg Bugaboo Creek Steakhouse will close its doors for the last time.

In its place, a brand new restaurant will be born – BC Steak and the Silver Birch Bar. BC Steak is a new steakhouse combining old-world charm, character, quality and warm hospitality in a modern polished-casual environment. It will offer an exciting menu of classic steakhouse favorites and new dishes with a modern twist. Accompanying these new offerings, will be an expanded selection of wines (by

the glass and the bottle), craft beers as well as a number of signature cocktails that our mixologist is busy preparing. Our well-trained staff look forward to making your experience unforgettable! We look forward to welcoming you back to the new restaurant when it re-opens in early March.
