Good Morning Everyone,

I googled the benefits of drinking hibiscus tea and here is what I have found:

Hibiscus tea—usually made from Hibiscus sabdariffa—may offer these benefits:

1. Lower blood pressure: Clinical studies suggest modest reductions, especially in people with elevated blood pressure. (pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov)

2. Possible cholesterol support: Some evidence shows a small reduction in LDL (“bad”) cholesterol. (pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov)

3. Antioxidants: It contains anthocyanins and other polyphenols that help protect cells from oxidative stress.

4. Caffeine-free hydration: Plain hibiscus tea is naturally caffeine-free and low-calorie.

Soon, we will offer pick your own hibiscus flowers at Zeezenia Farm in Newberry.

Thank you. Be Healthy…Be Happy … Be Kind….🙏🙏🙏
