Dear friends,
Get to know Ray and Happy Town. Y'all are invited, Saturday night April 1st at 7pm for a live performance of original music by Ray Steel . I will be playing songs from my upcoming album and the songs I have written while building Happy Town. Also, some of my favorite covers from the bands that will be performing at the Everybody Party. I am not sure if all of you know that I am a musician first, then a producer. I only got into the music business out of necessity. I am not a big fan of it, as some of you already know from dealing with my difficult butt haha. I have been reminded in this process of production of why it is such a mess. My Philosophy of how to do it right, is simple. BE FAIR. Musicians: you are with what you make the venue. Venue: you need to pay the bands a fair amount of the revenue they generate. It is simple. Work together and know it dose not always work out. I will work with any band that works hard and I will take the risk with them. But bands who think they are special, your not. My students are special. We must be a team, through thick and thin. If you work hard for Happy, Happy will work hard for you. He will develop you and he knows you are worth it. It just takes honesty, hard work and love. I believe in music and people. It is time I play for Gainesville with all my heart and humility. This will be my first show in a while. I am going to sing hard. Hope to see you. BYOB and BBQ we got a grill. Bring an AXE if you wanna jam. All Everybody Party Bands are welcome to come kick the tires on the place. My hope is to put the spirit of music that lives in all of us into Happy Town. We are gonna sing her to life. Happy Towns Birth Day will be April 1st 2017.
