We’re so happy to share that Working Food, one of our charity partners, will be joining us this weekend for our final harvest dinner. Working Food is a local nonprofit cultivating a more resilient and connected food community...growing fresh food and ensuring it is shared widely, so all can access it.

Their work centers on three interconnected initiatives: Giving Gardens, growing spaces that produce fresh food and the locally-adapted seeds to grow it; Youth Growing Together, which engages young people in hands-on learning; and Local Food Connection, which expands fresh food donations while supporting local farmers and artisans.

These efforts help more people enjoy fresh, locally grown food, strengthen our local food economy, and create spaces where people can reconnect with the land, with one another, and with the shared abundance of our community.

This weekend’s dinner is especially meaningful with a special program from one of our charity partners, . Congrats to Chef Clay Conley and team for this exciting new ad/venture!! 🤩

Buccan, the restaurant that kick-started Palm Beach’s dining revolution, has officially begun its rollout in Miami, taking shape on one of the city’s most storied retail corridors, Coral Gables’ Miracle Mile.

At the heart of it all is chef Clay Conley, recognized with seven James Beard nominations and a Michelin honor, recreating the rare side-by-side trifecta of Buccan, Imoto, and Buccan Sandwich Shop that defined Palm Beach for the last 15 years — all within a single Miracle Mile block.

The rollout is now officially underway, with Buccan Sandwich Shop opening today, the flagship Buccan following on Friday, May 22, and Imoto rounding out the trio on Monday, June 8.

Sooooo excited to share the news that our first GUEST CHEF, the great , will be cooking with us (and for you) next weekend!! Chef Dean Max, a longtime friend and colleague, is known for his seasonal cuisine and leadership in developing sustainable dining concepts in Florida and the Caribbean. Over his career, he has opened dozens of influential restaurant concepts and earned significant industry recognition, including multiple James Beard Best Chef nominations and honors such as King of American Seafood. We are thrilled to welcome him to Stoke next week!! 🤩
