Our well that once pulled water straight from the Floridian Aquifer to make ice, now is used to make beer! Named after the original crossroads, we're a 15 barrel neighborhood production brewery built in an old ice plant. We use water from a 386 ft deep artesian well located in our building that was originally used to provide water for ice production which now is used to make our beer. We're just

north of downtown off the Gainesville rail-trail which makes us accessible by walking and biking from many of the great neighborhoods near downtown. The brewery was founded on the dream of good beer enjoyed in an inspiring and interesting environment where you can meet friends and family, or get to know new people in the neighborhood. We host a Monday afternoon Farmer's Market, live music on Friday evenings, and we have a large outdoor yard, tucked-away garden, and private Event Room.

We’re bringing College Gameday back to the Well with a new all-day party. Brunch, mimosas, coffee, beer, and every kickoff in between—all on our indoor big screens.

🏈 Pregame the pregame with coffee, Fuel up before your tailgate with brunch or hang out and watch all day football and enjoy $5 beers. 🍻

Sundays arent so scary when your Monday looks this good.

Every monday, year round, the 🍅Grove Street Farmers Market fills our yard with local farmers, makers, fresh groceries, live music, and plenty of good reasons to linger. As summer winds down, more vendors are making their way back each week, and the market is only getting more bountiful!

Our coffee shop is open every day at 6:30 AM, serving coffee, espresso, pastries, and more. We’re usually open until 2 PM—but Mondays, we stay open until 7 PM just for you market-goers!

Come grab your groceries for the week, pick from a diverse selection of food vendors and make an evening of it at The Well. 🍅🐮🍄🧑‍🌾
