Monday through Wednesday, we’re turning the bar into a little backstage lounge for wine lovers. Our purveyors leave behind incredible bottles after tastings — too good to waste, too few to add to the menu — so we’re sharing the fun.

Choose red or white, and your bartender will pour you a $5 mystery glass from the lineup of one‑night‑only bottles.

Sandy may not have eaten all her vegetables, but I promise you guys will! Josh's Sesame & Hot Honey Crusted Salmon over Thai peanut sauce-inspired noodles will most likely make you want to lick the plate. And no judging here...we swear!

This summer heat has us dreaming of cooler days, sweater weather, and the leaves changing color. And with the change of the season comes a whole new lineup behind the bar. Gina's been working her magic, whipping up concoctions, and perfecting her craft behind the bar in preparation to roll out our Fall drinks. My girl Sandy didn’t just make a drink for this week's drink special— she made a statement. She took her love for bold, bright flavors and built something that hits like summer with an attitude.

Strawberry Fields tastes like a smoky, citrus‑kissed strawberry old fashioned — jammy sweetness up front, rum warmth underneath, bitter orange cutting through, and cinnamon smoke wrapping it all in a slow burn.Bright on the first sip, smooth in the middle, warm on the finish.
