As our General Manager, you will oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring profitability, high staff morale, and top-tier guest experiences. You will be directly accountable for financial performance, inventory control, and executing our brand standards every single day.
• Drive operational excellence and achieve financial targets, including P&L management, labor optimization, and food cost control.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of shift supervisors, cashiers, and kitchen staff.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and outstanding customer service.
• Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Manage local marketing initiatives, community outreach, and customer review responses to drive continuous store growth.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or similar leadership role in the restaurant industry.
• Strong analytical skills with a solid track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and financial metrics.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with restaurant POS systems (such as Toast) and inventory management software.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are strongly preferred.
