VIPies had first access yesterday, and Chili Pie is now available to everyone.
Remember coming home to chili on the stove when the weather turned cool? Inspired by Amanda’s Chili Mac recipe from her cookbook, this pie brings that familiar dinner into our signature all-butter crust, with golden cornbread baked on top.
We made one limited batch, and it will not be restocked.

🚨 CHILI PIE IS HERE 🚨
There’s something about coming home on a cool night to a pot of chili on the stove. The house is warm, the cornbread is ready, and everyone wants dinner.
Our new Chili Pie was inspired by our founders, Amanda Dalton Wilbanks, grandmother's legendary chili recipe. She combined one of her childhood favorites and the Chili Mac recipe found in her cookbook, Southern Baked: Celebrating Life With Pie. We took a familiar, comforting supper and made it a pie: hearty chili with just the right amount of spice in our signature all-butter crust, topped with the cornbread recipe her grandfather taught her to make many years ago.
