That’s a cartouche for those of you playing along at home. Helps control the steam coming off the pot. It also makes really tender carrots that can be seared later on.

You can get your Togo drinks and pre-parade snacks down here if you’re into that sort of thing.

Hey y'all-
Regarding trivia this evening.

We will NOT be moving trivia back outside YET. We have a few things to get done before we can do that, so for now- we'll still be inside.

While the patio and the Streatery are open (and you can definitely go sit out there) we have a lot less space than before so we have to figure that out first.

The end result will likely be an inside AND outside set up when the new season gets started in a few weeks.

Crisp, light and barely effervescent- it’s aptly named for the heat and the outdoors (but you’re certainly allowed to drink it inside if you prefer).
