We are ready to celebrate summer here at Prime and Pearl☀️ Join us this weekend for some fresh featured cocktails and fare.

Berry & Bloom- vodka, house made blueberry simple syrup, fresh basil, qlemon juice topped off with fizz🫧
- Make it a mocktail with the Basil Berry Fizz!
Berry Tipsy Crumble- like your grandmothers blueberry cobbler but with a kick! Vanilla vodka, lemon juice, hazelnut liquor, splash of cream with a cinnamon graham cracker rim. 🫐

Scallop appetizer- 3 pan seared sea scallops on a bed of an arugula salad, topped with lemon juice, truffle oil and flaky sea salt.

Back by popular demand we will have the Watermelon Feta salad as well as an entree version of the scallops.

Join us this evening as we feature 16 oz cuts of our house-smoked prime rib, served with all the richness and flavor you’ve come to love.

We’ll also be offering a fresh sea scallop entrée over feta risotto, paired with sautéed broccolini and finished with an herbed butter sauce.

To start, our watermelon salad brings a bright, refreshing balance with arugula, spinach, romaine, citrus vinaigrette, watermelon, feta, and red onion.

And for something sweet—our dessert features include a fresh strawberry shortcake layered with sponge cake, whipped cream, cream cheese icing, and strawberries, along with our house-made caramel bread pudding served warm with caramel sauce and whipped cream.
