As the sun sets on another year, we at Chopstix want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude for your continued support, loyalty, and understanding throughout 2025.

This year brought its share of challenges, for you, for us, and for the world around us, yet you still chose to dine with us, stand with us, and be part of our journey. Your kindness, patience, and love for our food mean more to us than words can express.

We will be closing on December 23rd for the Christmas and New Year’s holiday to spend time with our families and recharge for the year ahead. We look forward to welcoming you back on January 6, refreshed and ready to serve you even better in 2026!

For 30+ years you’ve cheered us on, filled our tables, and kept our hearts full and we’re so grateful for every one of you. 🙏🏼

Happy 4th of July, everyone!
Happy birthday to this beautiful country we’re so blessed to call home. Thank you, America, for giving us the freedom to dream big, work hard, and become who we are meant to be — all without question.

We feel so grateful to have called Gainesville our home for over 40 years. This community has given us so much love and support, and we truly love you, Gainesville! ❤️

A heartfelt thank-you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us last night. We didn’t expect it to be so busy, and it meant the world to see so many of you there.

And now… just 2 more days until our summer break! Who’s counting?
(We definitely are! 😜☀️)
