Established in 1985, The Coyote has been serving up the best in southern cooking and hospitality for 40 years! Established in 1985, The Coyote Store has served Borden County and the surrounding communities of West Texas for over 28 years. Purchased by our grandmother, Bertie in 1992 it has remained family owned and operated for over 30 years. This special cafe/local grocery store possesses a unique charm that keeps customers coming back for more. On occassion customers from as far as Denmark, have ventured to the middle of nowhere for not only a taste of one of Ms. Bertie's burgers, but for the old-fashioned, southern atmosphere that regulars hold dear. A few celebrities have made it a point to frequent Ms. Berties whenever they get the chance. For the best of Coyote Cuisine, country humor and southern hospitality, swing by the Coyote Country Store! It's more than burgers. The Coyote Store is becoming one of the featured concert event destinations of West Texas and we could not be prouder! Check our site often for updates on upcoming concerts and events. With a capacity of 1,200 we proudly host the legends of country as well as up and coming area artists! If you are a band inquiring about booking contact Becky Justice at [email protected]!

SOMEBODY PINCH ME. Growing up, my family has always been a rodeo family. But me on the other hand, I always just wanted to dress up, sit in the stands, and sing in between events. This is SUCH a dream come true. I’ll see you in December, National Finals Rodeo 🎄

Congratulations to Hadlie Jo!
