VIBES loyalty program is LIVE starting tomorrow! To celebrate we’re doing 2x VIBES all week (8/18 - 8/23) - sign up at the register to start earning asap!

As a note - VIBES are earned on just about all purchases with the exception of Gift Cards and Sunshine & Sugar items which are ineligible.

If you are still using a punch card you can still enroll in VIBES but will have the choice between either a punch/redemption on your card, or earn VIBES - not both.

We’re new to this also - So if you have questions, we probably do too! We’ll do our best to answer any question or work through any kinks as we learn more. Your patience is appreciated in advance 😇

A little loyalty update!

We’re currently out of our punch cards, and instead of ordering another batch, we’re working on something we’re really excited about: moving our loyalty program directly into Square! We’re still working through the details and structure, but our goal is to launch it very soon.

We’re doing this for a couple of reasons: First, everyone has enough cards in their purse/pocket/wallet/bra? Let’s move to leave paper out of this😂

Second, Instead of earning rewards just on coffee + matcha, you’ll be able to earn points on everything you purchase at Joy Local including merch, whole beans, and more!

But fear not! If you have one of our punch cards already, we will absolutely honor it! If it’s still out there in the wild, keep bringing it in and we’ll punch that sucker👊🏼

Thanks for being patient while we make the switch, we think this will be a much better way to reward you for supporting Joy Local! Stay tuned!

We went into our brick and mortar adventure with Leah having always shouldered the majority of the day to day. We had no idea what to expect, and no experience having employees relying on us as business owners. What we did know, was that it wasn’t a responsibility to take lightly.

We could never have fathomed that we would come across 2 individuals who would so perfectly embody what Joy Local stands for as much as Dana and Kate.

This is simply a post of immense appreciation for these two. We would not have the success we have had nor would we be where we are today without them. Thank you for giving Leah some room to breathe and for caring as much as you both do about OUR little business. We can’t wait to have you along for this ride for how ever long you’ll have us ❤️

Give these two a high five next time you see them. They’re 2 of the absolute best.
