🏆 **WE DIDN’T BECOME MAC CHAMPIONS BY BEING AVERAGE.**

With **25+ awards under our belt**, we’ve learned a thing or two about comfort food.

Here’s something most people probably don’t know…

When we compete in a mac & cheese competition, we’re cooking for a handful of judges. We can spend HOURS tweaking one batch and throwing absolutely everything we have at making those few bites perfect.

When we roll up to an event and feed hundreds of people, that’s obviously a different game.

But we don't change the part that matters.

Our everyday mac is still a **fresh-made 6-cheese blend**, made right here in **10-lb batches throughout the day.**

Our burgers are **fresh beef and hand-pattied by us.**

Our meats, sauces and toppings are prepared right here too.

We may not be making a 12-judge competition batch for 800 people…

**but we're still putting JJ's name on every plate that leaves that window.**

And that means something to us. ❤️

Come hungry this Labor Day weekend. We’ll handle the rest.

We just wanted to jump on here and say thank you, William Bottomley, for putting together such an incredible event!

We honestly never expected a turnout like that in Galax VA. You all absolutely blew us away! We got our butts kicked all night long, and we couldn't have asked for a better crowd.

We also want to thank everyone for your patience with our new team members. For several of them, this was their very first large event, and while they were learning on the fly, everyone showed them so much kindness and grace. That means more than you know.

Thank you to everyone who came out, supported the vendors, and made the event such a huge success. We had an amazing time and are already looking forward to the next one!❤️
