Here is the basic run down of meats and on what days:

Wednesday - Chicken and Dumplings, Chi

Thursday - BBQ Pulled Boston Butt, Beef Tips and Rice, Chicken Fingers and 2-3 Cooks Choice

Friday - Catfish Fillet, Popcorn Shrimp, Smoked Ribs, Meatloaf Chicken Fingers, and Cooks Choice

Saturday - Catfish Fillet, Popcorn Shrimp, Smoked Ribs, Meatloaf Chicken Fingers, Baked Tenderloin, and Cooks Choice

Sunday - Chicken & Dressing, Meatloaf,, Sliced Ham, Roast Beef, and Chicken Fingers

We have a fully-stocked hot food bar with 4 to 6 meats daily, fully stocked fresh salad bar, hot vegetable bar and chilled dessert bar. In the summer we will have more fresh vegetables.
