We Would Appreciate A Min Of Your Time To Read A Little About Three Crow!……. Once Upon A Time, Circa 2014, A Guy and A Girl Met Over Their Love of Beer, Coffee, and well… just about everything else…. With this love, we were developing a few business ventures, one being our brewery, another, being our roasted coffee, and finally the last being a food truck of some sort. She has the Italian and he has the German background, so together, brewing and coffee felt natural.
From this J&C Roastery was born along side Three Crow Brewing Co (as you can see on our commissary info on the coffee trucks). We slowly started developing our line of Authentic German Beers, along side our traditional Italian style coffee, as well as root beer, and mead. Even won a few awards with our brews and beans along the way!!
Years went by, recipes and roasting profiles tweaked, Grain suppliers on standby, our beer and coffee businesses were ready to grow. Then…..!
Disaster strikes, the whole world goes into a Pandemic, economy not doing well, mom and pop shops forced to shut down, the foreseeable future of our new freshly built facility is put on hold. In a positive light out of all the bad that was going on at that time, we were able to really focus on the Beer portion of our business. Seeing that the brewery market was way down, that the demand was swapping away from authentic to seltzers and non-alc, we decided to put the beer portion on hold, and focus on our coffee.
Well, almost a couple years later, too much caffeine intake, and some at-the-time questionable financial decisions we decided to open up the Coffee Truck branch of our business in the beginning of 2023. Fresh out of my shop, rolled my very own custom coffee trailer built by non other than Three Crow Customs! Hitting the streets in Gadsden and Attalla we were finally able to get more of our coffee out to the public! Instead of just roasting coffee and selling beans, we were now able to make our favorite drinks and share them with everyone!
The mobile coffee shop picked up pace rather quickly and we started outgrowing out roasting process so in 2024 we upgraded to the new roaster and really started going through coffee! Dialed in our new perfect blend, beans, and roast. Our coffee got in the hands (and cups) of all the right people to where we were asked to provide wholesale coffee to all the Johnson Giant Foods locations, and Smokeneck in Southside. This blessing helped us really understand what community supporting community really was. I’ve said it before, without God, our customers, friends, family, and the awesome community we would not be where we are today. We are forever grateful to everyone for their continued support!
Then July of 2025, What’s That!?! Our New Big Yellow Coffee Truck Premiers at 4th of July Celebration! The next product of Three Crow Customs rolls out to the public. Now we are able to be in multiple locations at once and reach more of our community!
So that bring us to today. We have been roasting our beans for well over a decade now. Growing multiple facets of the Three Crow group of companies, and making life long friends that we wouldn’t have made if it wasn’t for our shared interests! We have even went one more step and have a small Brick and Mortar style coffee shop inside of The Market on Lumley!
From the start in 2014 as J&C Roastery till now with Three Crow Roastery we will continue to serve everyone their favorite local blends of SO Coffee.
From Three Crow Brewing Co founded also in 2014, we will hopefully soon to be reopening the plans to start back up that section, even it it just stays private for a while.
From Three Crow Customs, you will probably see more of our custom coffee trucks, food trucks, and maybe even a couple more Bright Pink Ice Cream Containers (CPP lol) pop up from time to time!
From Three Crow Properties, you can let us help you with your vacationing to the wonderful City of Gatlinburg TN. We have a 10 person cabin ready to make your vacationing top tier!! Just ask us how!!
And Finally, From Three Crow Coffee started in 2023, which is comprised of our Coffee Trailer, Coffee Truck, Wholesale Section (bottles and beans), catering, corporate supply, and consulting. You will definitely see us out setting up or making deliveries throughout the week! You can even find our Bottled Lattes in multiple locations around Etowah too!
