I want to take a moment to give a big shoutout to our Gadsden team.

While a lot of our leadership focus has been on Boaz, this team has continued to hold the standard and keep everything running at a high level. That does not happen by accident. It takes ownership, discipline, and a commitment to doing things the right way every single day.

We are still performing across all locations, and that is because of the people we have in place.

I also want to recognize the Gadsden community.

You believed in us before there was a name, before there was a brand. Back when it was just me, my wife, and an idea. Since then, it has grown into something much bigger. More responsibility, more challenges, more memories, and a lot of growth along the way.

Seeing Boaz open strong means a lot, but none of it happens without the foundation that was built here in Gadsden.

We are committed to continuing to hold that same standard here. That will not change.

I want to personally apologize to all of you.

I made the decision to swap out our warming station at Burgers because I thought it would keep our fries hotter and make things easier for our team. The reality is, it has not worked the way it should.

For almost five years, we never had complaints about bad oil or any off smells. Since installing this new holder, crumbs, oil, and salt have been collecting on the heated plate and burning. No matter what I have tried, I have not been able to fix the issue.

That is on me. I am not willing to let something like this affect the quality of what we serve you.

We are switching back to our previous setup immediately.

I appreciate your patience and your honesty. Thank you for continuing to support us.
