COVID UPDATES- on top of our regular cleaning and sanitation, we have installed an UV FILTRATION in our HVAC system which reduces the risk of airborne infectious diseases. These Ultraviolet germicidal irradiation lights are the most promising decontamination methods for COVID-19 and other viruses. At Hudson Coastal, every dish is a celebration of East Coast living. From our raw bar to our fresh, line-caught daily fish selections, we’re here to take you on a culinary roadtrip from Maine to the Florida Keys. Family owned and operated, we put our heart into making sure that each meal is enjoyable. With years of experience in the hospitality world, owners Tricia and Brad have carefully curated every detail of the restaurant and each ingredient that makes the journey to our kitchen.
