What an incredible year it has been! Today, we're celebrating our 1 Year Anniversary, and we couldn't be more grateful for everyone who has been part of this journey.

To our amazing staff, our wonderful customers, and the community that has supported us from day one, THANK YOU! You've helped turn Josephine's into something truly special.

Family. ❤️

Our restaurant was named after Jody's grandmother, Josephine, and for so many reasons. Her hospitality, her recipes, her love for bringing people together, and the way she made everyone feel welcome at her table.

Josephine was an incredible woman, and so much of who she was lives on through this restaurant. From the food we prepare to the people we welcome through our doors, her legacy is at the heart of what we do.

As we approach our ONE YEAR anniversary, we have a special story we're excited to share with you. Stay tuned. ❤️
