A little wine pilgrimage while visiting family in Helena, Montana. đˇ
Long before Vinicola opened its doors, we spent time dreaming about what we wanted our wine bar to be. One of the places that left a lasting impression on us was , a welcoming wine shop and tasting room built around the idea that wine should be approachable, fun, and part of everyday life.
This week, while visiting Helena (and Laurenâs hometown), we finally had the chance to stop back in. It was a reminder of how much inspiration can come from seeing a business that knows exactly who it is and serves its community so well. â¨
While Vinicola has certainly grown into its own thing, there are pieces of The Hawthornâs philosophy that still resonate with us: great wine without pretension, a place to gather with friends, and the belief that every bottle has a story worth sharing. đ
Itâs always good to revisit the places that helped shape your vision. Cheers to inspiration, and cheers to the people who show us whatâs possible. đĽ
