🏆 AUGUST EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH - YANIL! 🏆
We’re so excited to recognize Yanil as our August Employee of the Month! This recognition comes directly from our amazing team. Each month, our baristas use our Shout-Out Notebook to recognize the coworkers who step up, lend a hand, work hard, and make a difference, and this month, Yanil truly earned this honor!
Even more special, Yanil has now been part of our Daily Grind family for a year! Over the past year, she has shown us just how reliable, hardworking, responsible, supportive, and dependable she is. She’s someone we can count on to stay calm during the chaos, jump in wherever help is needed, solve problems, and keep things moving during even the busiest shifts.
And judging by the shout-outs in our notebook, her teammates definitely notice!
“Thank you Yanil for your hard work always!”
“Thank you Yanil for an amazing Sunday shift!”
“Thank you Yanil for helping me with inventory!”
“Thank you Yanil for helping us catch up with kitchen orders!”
“Thank you Yanil for handling all those problems for me today!”
“Thank you Yanil for your wisdom 24/7!”
“Thank you Yanil for being epic and staying on top of everything despite it being crazy!”
“Thank you Yanil for counting all the coffee bags!”
“Thank you Yanil for being the best coworker to work with during rushes!”
These little notes say a lot!!❤️ They show someone who is not only a great employee, but also a great teammate, the kind of person others appreciate having beside them when things get busy!
Yanil, THANK YOU for an amazing first year with us, for being someone we can rely on, and for everything you do for your coworkers and the Daily Grind. We appreciate you!!
