A bit about Tavern West
The Tavern West ownership team shares over 94 years of restaurant experience. Blending some of the longest-running restaurant careers in Summit County with inspired “new blood,” we have developed a winning combination of inspired, mountain sophisticated cocktail and dining choices for our visitors and locals. Chefs John Tuso, Bobby Kato, and Ryan Worthen partner to create a 5-star rated experience, and Stephanie Kato offers her baking expertise on the dessert front.
We feature all-natural, locally-sourced meats and fresh produce whenever possible, growing our own produce and herbs throughout the summer months in our on-site greenhouse. Our bar staff develops delicious, seasonal cocktails, curates a unique wine selection, and selects rotating microbrew taps. Happy hour starts daily at 4 PM with tasty appetizer and drink specials. Enjoy fine dining ambiance with that special, mountain sophisticated touch.
