Okay, NOW we’re turning up the fall. 🍂

Meet our Caramel Chai Spice Cake — another Tulla treat that will be staying with us all season long.

We warned you a cookie was coming.

And this one smells like somebody decided to bake Saturday morning itself.

Meet our Snickerdoodle Cookie.

Soft and chewy in the center.

Gently crisp around the edges.

And rolled in that unmistakable combination of cinnamon and sugar that makes a Snickerdoodle one of those cookies you recognize before you even taste it.

There’s something wonderfully nostalgic about this one.

Warm cinnamon.

Good morning, Frisco.

We’re opening the pastry case this morning with one of those pastries that proves butter can, in fact, be an entire personality. 😏

Meet this weekend’s Kouign Amann.

Born in Brittany, France, Kouign Amann is made from layers of laminated dough, butter and sugar — folded again and again before hitting the oven.

And then the magic happens.

The outside becomes deeply golden and caramelized, with crisp, almost candy-like edges.

Break through that exterior and the center is soft, buttery and beautifully layered.

Crispy.

Flaky.

Caramelized.

And unapologetically French. 🇫🇷

It’s one of those pastries that looks relatively simple until you take the first bite and realize just how much is happening inside.
