30 years in hospitality. 7 years in Dallas. And plenty of life stages witnessed along the way. 🫶

The Aussie Grind is about the people, the vibes, the experience, and of course, the good food & coffee that bring it all together.

Thanks Scott Snellings for helping us tell our story. We’re pretty proud of it, and there’s a lot more up our rolled-up sleeves!

Come see us in Frisco or Farmers Branch… Lui Monforte, Angie Monforte and the whole crew are ready to welcome you in, mate. 🇦🇺☕️ 🇺🇸

Our Guji took a little road trip to Houston for its first-ever roasting competition. ☕️ 🚘

A few months into roasting, we put it in a Flat White category alongside roasters from across the US and Canada.

It came home a Finalist at the 2026 Global Coffee Awards. No big song and dance. Just a really good coffee doing its thing.

Read the latest blog for the full story, then GRAB A BAG of Guji at Frisco or Provisions.
