Our new summer menu launches on June 3rd, featuring returning favorites like poke tuna tostadas and shrimp and grits, alongside new and delicious items. Our commitment to preparing your fresh catch remains unchanged; please call ahead for special requests. We accommodate walk-ins and encourage reservations, particularly for large groups. Additionally, our Beach Box lunch will be available for a delightful outdoor experience, including fried chicken, boiled eggs, pasta salad, potato salad or coleslaw, and a canned soda. Happy Mother's Day! We want to celebrate all beautiful moms at Frisco Bay Coastal Grill. We are open for breakfast after 10 am. We will have our brunch serving flavored mimosas, Bloody Marys, and a great array of fresh-made food: shrimp and grits, smoked salmon carpaccio, roasted pork sandwich with collard greens, mango and beet salad, fried calamari, delicious pasta entrees, and much more. We are pleased to announce our hours of operation and special offerings for Mother's Day. Our establishment will open at 8 am to serve breakfast. Following 10 am, we will be serving brunch, featuring an array of delicious flavored mimosas, including mango, peach, strawberry, pineapple, guava, and orange, in addition to our loaded Bloody Mary and Spicy Bloody Maria made with tequila. Our brunch menu will include smoked salmon carpaccio, Spanish pan con tomate, mango and beet salad, roasted pork sandwich topped with collard greens and Muenster cheese, a side of au jus, shrimp and grits, Spaghetti Jardinera, and clams linguini. For dessert, we will offer a selection of sweet treats, including Puerto Rican-style fried plantains stuffed with cream cheese and served with raisins and dark rum ice cream, our signature piña colada cake, traditional cheesecake, and Grand Marnier crème brûlée.
