As the oldest family-owned business in Frisco, we cherish our roots in a time when life moved a little slower and our town was much smaller. Today, we are proud to welcome new community members while honoring the history of our city and our family’s legacy of service.

You’ll find us in the heart of the Rail District in historic Downtown Frisco — the same communal hub location as the original Quick Check Exxon Station.

We would love to have you stop by!

We had requests to bring back our homemade pie desserts and we listened! One of our loyal customers says she drives all the way from Oklahoma for our hand pies! 😍🥧

We now offer three flavors of homemade baked hand pies with sweet filling, wrapped in a buttery, flaky crust. Baked is a healthier than the fried version.

These hand pies have all the deliciousness of traditional pies but are so much easier to enjoy and share! Served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on request. 🍨

Flavors: Apple 🍏 , Cherry 🍒 and Peach🍑!
Made daily so come by early to avoid sell out or consider pre ordering.

Also available during the week next door in our deli at Exxon Quick Check Convenience Store.
