Beautiful new STEREOSCOPE COFFEE available on pour over starting today! Stereoscope always brings us incredibly unique coffees and roasts, and this one comes from a social coffee project in Columbia focused on improving the lives of coffee farmers through education and shared resources. Ethical, delicious, and really beautiful as a perfectly brewed pour over. See you at the cafe — take your time with this one. And remember, we’re open earlier at 7am now, serving until 2:30pm, every day but Wednesday.

Peñas Blancas Coffee Processing Center, led by Nestor Lasso and Jhon Vergara, is a transformative social project dedicated to improving the livelihoods of local coffee farmers. Their goal was to create a centralized hub where small-scale farmers could access world-class processing techniques, ensuring consistency and quality that meets international specialty coffee standards.

We’ve recently started serving our classic Breakfast Sandwich on incredible freshly baked bagels from Good Bagels Cafe in Anacortes — but you can always order the OG version on an english muffin. Just ask, it’s an “if you know you know” option even if it’s not officially listed on the menu. As always we’re making every piece fresh to order, especially the fried egg, which we all know is kind of the make-or-break with a classic breakfast sandwich.

Starting Sunday right with one of our Banana Cream Matcha Lattes! Our favorite Mizuba Tea Co. | Japanese Matcha & Teas matcha mixed with milk and our own homemade banana puree, topped with house foam flavored with a hint of real banana. Subtle flavors of actual banana all the way through, no overly sweet candy flavors to mask good matcha and good ingredients.
