🌟 Team Member Spotlight: Brianna 🌟

Brianna is a wonderful part of our Chick-fil-A Blackstone team. She is outgoing, friendly, and always brings a positive attitude to her shifts. Whether she’s working alongside her teammates during a busy rush or creating a welcoming experience for our guests, Brianna is always willing to lend a hand and bring some extra positivity to the day.

We asked Brianna a few questions about her experience with our team so far, and we loved hearing what she had to say!

💭 What is something you’ve learned since joining the team?

“One thing I’ve learned is the importance of keeping an upbeat attitude and how a little kindness can really turn around someone’s day! Sometimes, just taking a second to spread some positive energy can really change how someone’s day is going!”

💭 What is your favorite part about working with your team?

“My favorite part about working with the team is just being able to see everyone help and support each other! It’s always a great time to be around the team, and it makes the rush periods go by so much smoother when we’re all working together.”

💭 What is one thing you hope to accomplish while working here?

“I hope being at Chick-fil-A I can continue to grow personally and professionally, especially in how I can support others, become a team player, and work on my leadership skills.”

We’re excited to see Brianna continue developing her skills and confidence as she grows with our team. Her willingness to learn, support others, and become a stronger leader is something we truly value.

🌟 Team Member Spotlight : Jay 🌟

We’re pleased to highlight Jay and recognize the growth and contributions he has made as a member of our Chick-fil-A Blackstone team.

Since joining our team, Jay has embraced opportunities to develop his skills and take on new responsibilities. He began as a Front of House team member and has since grown into a Front of House Trainer, where he helps guide and support new team members as they learn their roles and become comfortable in their positions.

Jay has also expanded his experience by becoming cross-trained in the Back of House. This has allowed him to gain a broader understanding of our operations and the importance of teamwork across every area of the restaurant.

In addition to his restaurant responsibilities, Jay has taken on the responsibility of assisting with our weekly team schedule. His willingness to learn and contribute in different areas has made him a valuable and dependable member of our team.

Jay is known for being outgoing, friendly, dependable, and willing to lend a hand whenever needed. His positive attitude and commitment to supporting those around him reflect the kind of teamwork we value at Chick-fil-A Blackstone.

We’re proud of everything Jay has accomplished and appreciate the time and effort he continues to invest in our team. We look forward to seeing how he continues to grow and take on new opportunities!

🌟 Team Member Spotlight: Nick 🌟

Nick has been an incredible part of our Chick-fil-A Blackstone team for the past couple of years, and we’ve loved watching him grow throughout his time with us! What started as a team member role has grown into so much more.

Over the years, Nick has continued to learn, take on new challenges, and find ways to support the people around him. He has grown from a Front of House team member into a Front of House trainer, helping newer team members learn the ropes and feel confident in their roles.

Nick has also become cross-trained in the back of house, expanding his skills and becoming an even more versatile member of our team.

Whether he’s helping a fellow team member or learning something new, Nick is always willing to step up and lend a hand. His helpful, friendly, and outgoing personality makes him someone our team can count on, and we’re so grateful for everything he brings to Chick-fil-A Blackstone.

Nick’s journey is a great example of how much you can learn and grow when you’re willing to take on new opportunities.

We’re excited to shine the spotlight on Zac, who has been such a great addition to our Chick-fil-A Blackstone team!

Zac is someone we can always count on. He’s reliable, hardworking, and always ready to be a team player. Whether he’s helping out wherever he’s needed, working through a busy shift, or supporting his fellow team members, Zac brings a great attitude and willingness to work to every shift.

We asked Zac a few questions :

💭What is your favorite part about working at Chick-fil-a Blackstone?
“I love the fast-paced environment, and my amazing coworkers.”

💭What is something you’ve learned while working at Chick-fil-A?
“I have learned that hard work is very rewarding, and that you learn more in the hard times than the easy ones.”

💭What is your favorite memory at Chick-fil-A?
“My favorite memory at Chick-fil-A was one day when it was raining really hard outside and we were really busy. It was very fun because it was absolute chaos and we all were having fun in the struggle!”

We love seeing Zac’s positive attitude and willingness to embrace even the busiest moments! His ability to find the fun in the chaos and keep pushing alongside his team is a great example of what teamwork is all about.
