Unfortunately due to their clients threatening their business over association with us Vivid Marketing & Design has been forced to drop us as a corporate sponsor. They really are great and we hope their future events are successful, we completely understand the position they were put by their marketing clients over this article. This Octoberfest/ghoulish quest will now be centered across the street at Benny’s Frenchtown club.

Of course for those who want to support a Veteran Owned Business targeted by Cancel Culture for having the balls to show what happens when you turn traitor to the United States of America, we are happy to serve all comers before during and after the event.

Nidal Malik Hasan, 56, will be publicly executed at Fort Hood military base in Texas on December 3 and patrons at Mike's Alcan Bar & Grill in Frenchtown, Montana, have been invited to watch it live.

“So just who the heck is Alcan Mike and what the heck is going on with the Alcan?” Is probably something most of you have heard or thought recently.

Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Mike I escaped California just before my 16th birthday and moved to the East Coast where I finished school and Enlisted in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantryman. I was assigned to Third Battalion Eighth Marines Kilo Company Second Platoon. I deployed Twice in the Global War on Terror Including to Afghanistan then left the Marine Corps to work as a Security contractor for the DOD, Private Bodyguard, Private Investigator and Bounty Hunter.

Doing the Covid nonsense I decided to pull the trigger on my goal of moving to wonderful, mountainous and sparsely populated Montana. I settled on Missoula because I had friends doing guide work in the area and could access other areas to look for my future forever home. When the dust settled from the Covid mismanagement(putting it lightly) and the Shame Ritual the federal government turned the idiotic withdrawal from Afghanistan into I decided I was done letting them choose where my trigger finger pointed.

As a long time patron to the bar circuit in the area, when I saw the Alcan for sale I went for it.

What are my plans for the Alcan? We are working toward all fried foods being made in house along with the buns and sourcing as many local/organic(or close enough) Ingredients as possible. We will continue to serve delicious grass fed bidlake beef for our burgers and are working with lifeline farm and some other folks on pork, dairy and beef suet to convert the fryer to tallow.

100% of our French fries are cut fresh in house and we will add other house made items soon.

Our current hours are 12:30 to at least midnight or later, volume permitting, on weeknights and 2am on weekends. We hope to be open at 11am every day by November but need some other dominos to fall in line to make that happen. There is also a whole new exciting breakfast menu coming.

There is no longer table service so please seat your self at the bar or order up there and come up for your food when we call. We keep the atmosphere family friendly till 8pm.

Ultimately we are going to be more of a Bar with food than a restraint with booze and are having events scheduled to match! These include carrie-okie and trivia and we are still looking for folks to do dnd and warhammer for us on select weeknights.
