More violence in ITHACA, another shooting, but this time a homicide. WHEN IS YHE MAYOR GOING TO GET IT. We need more POLICE PRESENCE. I'm a business owner and theres times where I question myself, should I continue doing business in a city where the MAYOR DOESNT CARE ABOUT THE CITIZENS AND BUSINESS OWNERS.
