Two events. One day. We got it DONE! 🔥💪🏾

09/27/2026

What. A. DAY. 🔥

Yesterday was one of those days that really showed me what Rapped With Smoke BBQ is capable of.

We pulled off TWO major events in ONE day — Pretzel City Brewfest AND a 250-person wedding.

While my crew helped hold down the VIP section at Brewfest and made sure everything came together at the wedding, I was running the concession trailer, serving Brewfest AND cooking and preparing all the food for both events.

We didn't even stop long enough to get a crew picture — we were too busy making it happen! 😂💪🏾

The pictures and videos show the finished product, but they don't show the hours of cooking, prepping, loading, hauling, setting up, serving and coordinating that went into pulling all of this off.

I have to give a HUGE thank you to my crew. There is absolutely no way I could have been in two places at once without people I could count on. Everybody had a job to do, stepped up and helped us get it DONE. I'm proud of what we accomplished together. ❤️

A huge thank you to the Greater Freeport Partnership for having Rapped With Smoke BBQ be part of Pretzel City Brewfest and for continuing to give us opportunities to serve our community.

And a very special thank you to Elena & Trent for trusting Rapped With Smoke BBQ to cater your wedding. Being trusted with the food on someone's wedding day means a lot to us. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your special day, and congratulations to you both! ❤️

ONE DAY.
ONE TEAM.
TWO EVENTS.
WE GOT IT DONE. 🔥

And y'all already know what kept me going! 😂💪🏾

Have a Smokin' Good Day.
