We just secured our 2nd spot!! Lily approves!!
We needed more space for our Take & Bake, freezers, merch, artwork, and future Take & Bake shipping & more. This space is perfect for us and we plan to be up and running in under a month as Jupiter Scone Co. ✨💫🎉.
We will most likely be offering some Baked scones. We can’t have espresso in this location and I want to keep it clean, so probably no kitchen at this point. We’ll have later hours probably starting around 10 or 11, going until 5 or 6 is the plan. in the future, we can wrap our brains around and the possibility of bringing some other drinks in or maybe baking but we’ll see how things unfold!

This is not our pizza oven, (it’s Eli’s!) but it is at Jupiter and will be through the Fourth of July, while our Jupiter pizza oven gets set up and painted on the other side of the shop. 💫🎉🔥Hopefully we’re able to make some pizzas in this one on the fourth. We’re planning on painting the oven between 11 and 2 hopefully we can have some live music ice cream, etc. it’s also Bryce and Laura‘s 10th wedding anniversary so we’ll try to throw in a party there but we’re being very last-minute and planning it lol😂 so we’ll see what unfolds.,any musicians that are interested in playing feel free to contact me🎉🍕👍

Lily came home!! She’s our new Brittany pup who we love so much!! She had so much fun greeting people for the first hour today. She’ll most likely be hanging at the shop fairly regularly. She seems to love it, and others are clearly enjoying her puppy love!🐶🪷❤️

Many of you may not know that our beautiful and talented barista Camila has been making these beautiful little watercolor cards 🥰❤️🌺 Each one is a unique original watercolor, for a mere $7!! These make a perfect Mother’s Day card. I’m not sure if these ones are still available but they are all lovely.!! Also our incredible kitchen staff has been able to get caught up on scone prep, so I have not turned off online ordering, and if you need Scones for the weekend you can try online ordering and if we have them available, we will bag them for you before the available date! Just keep in mind some things may not be available so if that’s the case, we will do our best to let you know. We do have a wider variety than what is online so there hopefully will be no shortage 🤞👍💝🌺💫

I just dropped off at 3 Sisters Market in Penn Cove, and L💗VE it sooo much that our Jupiter scones are next to my friend Robins take & bake cookies!! Before starting Jupiter when I was in Seattle I worked across the street from her original location and would go over every day for my drip coffee and one of her cookies, which are the best ever. 🍪😋💗 I always loved her positive energy, her staff & her space. She’s expanding as well and it’s so fun to be expanding with her!! I love and miss you Robin!!

1. Please try to place Online orders by tomorrow evening(Wednesday). We may have to shut it off for a few days.
2. Pick up north @ Whidbey Provisions new location in Coupeville or at 3 Sisters Market in Penn Cove. They will both be well stocked on Thursday & hopefully through the weekend.
3. Pick up from Jupiter coffee Freeland location. We will do our best to keep our front freezer well stocked. we will not be able to take calls on Saturday.
