After a few days away this week - we will be back at it beginning Friday May 29th. Find us "Phillying Around" at Patterson Fire Department beginning at 4:00 p.m. This menu has been such a big hit everywhere you won't want to miss it !

Over the next week our new truck, The Holdy B, will be wrapped and moving into its final stage of assembly and that is equipment installation and inspection! To say we are excited is an understatement. Thank you to our best friend , Monica Rich , who purchased us a special Super Holdy emblem to be placed on our new truck! With that being said we are looking ahead to the official dedication. We are seeking a location to hold this event. Our plan is to donate a percentage of our sales to a family chosen by the Eckmans who has a child fighting aml. Please reach out if you would consider us using your business , housing development , parking lot , etc for this occasion. Stay tuned for photos at the end of the week !

Great night last night at Bullseye Brewing ! Officially sold out of wings - and those of you who asked to have your tenders tossed ….. we didn’t think our chicken could get any better ! Thank you to Tammy and Mike for always supporting our business !

Shout out to our customers tonight at Central Valley! We thank you for your business and hope you enjoyed your food as much as we enjoyed serving you . Thanks to all of you we were able to make a generous donation to the choral boosters. By the way - the music was fantastic ! We will be back at it on June 3rd at Brady's Run Ice Arena parking lot for CV warrior Hockey food truck fundraiser night. Visit our truck that night and register to win our special prize give away with a meal purchase !

The Big Ben - 4- 100 percent all beef patties topped with pepper jack cheese , 4 slices of crisp bacon , hand breaded jalapeños, an onion ring and barbecue sauce. An MK original - of course complimented with a side of our crispy on the outside hand cut fries! This burger is no laughing matter!

Today we serviced our first lacrosse tournament and all we can say is WOW! Started with breakfast at 9:00 am and never stopped until 5:30! Served well over 400 people just at our stand- handed out many cards, and got many many rave reviews! Thank you to all of you who chose to try our stuff - especially to the customer who told us she ate 3 times with us ! If you're in the hunt for a team that can put on a quality concession spread for your tournament, or fundraising event - reach out . We have several menus to offer or you can create your own! Tomorrow it's off to Sam's Club in Washington PA - Monday C V Teachers at Todd Lane , Tuesday PA Cyber then back to Todd Lane in the evening for the all school chorus concert... but the week doesn't end there . Fantastic night tonight! First Butler Foodie Friday was simply amazing ! I do t think we've ever cooked so much chicken in one night ! We sold every item on the menu including 200 lbs of potatoes! Next Monaca Groove and Grub -even in our pop up the fantastic crowd managed to keep us busy ! Thank you for allowing us to set up tonight ! Lastly shout out to the Freedom High School Seniors who gave us the honor of serving them tonight for their senior sunset! Congratulations to the class of 2026 and a very special thank you to all our customers who stopped by to grab a bite! We hope you enjoyed your food as much as we enjoyed serving you !
