For Monday, June 1, at Gumba's 44 Orchard - Tripe is back! We'll also have the crab cakes again, as well as the seafood cakes of coarse chopped crab, shrimp, and scallop. That's available in a pasta shell too, with Alfredo sauce. Oh boy!

The kitchen is trying out a seafood filling for the stuffed mushrooms and peppers. Oh boy! Pretty good in a shell with Alfredo sauce too! The parking lot got some love. While the millings pack down, go easy - You know, idle speed and try to be moving when steering.
