Hispanic Heritage Month celebrations continue—with cupcakes, of course! 🧁✨ This week’s specialty flavors bring a little fruity sweetness and cozy spice to the case:

🌺 Guava Passionfruit
Our vanilla cake with a fruit reduction swirled right into the batter, topped with buttercream and guava and passionfruit jam. A little tropical getaway in cupcake form!

💜 Chicha Morada
Have you tried chicha morada? This purple corn drink combines fruit, like apple or pineapple, with warming spices. Our cupcake version features a beautiful purple cake, fluffy mousse-style whipped chicha morada icing, and a sprinkle of cinnamon! If you want an amazing authentic Chicha Morada check out the Chicha vendor at the Spotsylvania Farmers Market on Saturday morning!

🍩 And this weekend… yeasted donuts are back! We’ll also have favorites like churros and apple fritters, so bring your sweet tooth!

October is Hispanic Heritage Month, and these are only two of the many speciality flavors we’ll be offering to celebrate!

Mexican Hot Cocoa is a rich chocolate cupcake, spiced with cayenne and cinnamon, topped with cinnamon buttercream and mini marshmallows 🍫🌶️

Tres Leches is fluffy vanilla cake soaked in a sweet coconut milk mixture, topped with a vanilla mousse-style frosting and dusted with cinnamon 🥛🥥

Tomorrow is the last day to grab these cupcakes, but keep an eye out next week for our next batch of hispanic-inspired cupcakes 😘

Happy Hispanic Heritage Month, friends!

I’m the proud daughter of immigrants from Ecuador 🇪🇨 and Brazil 🇧🇷 , and in my family, celebrations have always centered around food. Sharing a meal is how we share our stories, our traditions, and a little love. ❤️

For the next two weeks, we’ll be bringing some of the flavors and spices I grew up with to Kickshaws through a lineup of special treats. I can’t wait to share them with you, and I hope you’ll stop in to try them! ✨

IT’S FRIDAY, friends!! 🎉 We’re kicking off the weekend with a little State Fair magic: churros, fried “Oreos,” and funnel cakes are available today and tomorrow while supplies last! 🎡✨

And tomorrow, find us at Byrd Park from 12–5 for , where we’re debuting our Cutie Pies! 🥧 These 4-inch personal pies will be available only at VegFest, so come say hi and grab one while you can.

Of course don’t sleep on our speciality cupcakes this week- Tiramisu and Pympkin Spice!

We’re always so honored when you trust us to create a cake for life’s sweetest celebrations! Thinking about a Kickshaws cake for your next special event? Here’s how to get started:

1️⃣ Visit our website to explore our cake styles, sizes and flavors. Not a website person? No problem! Give us a call or stop by—we’ll happily walk you through the options.

2️⃣ To order call our Richmond or Fredericksburg bakery to place your order. Please be sure to tell us which location you’d like to pick up from!

✨ A little note about timing: During quieter seasons, we generally need at least one week’s notice. Larger or more intricate designs require additional lead time.

Our busiest cake seasons are early spring and October through New Year’s Day, when dates tend to book up well in advance. We’ll always try to squeeze in a last-minute cake when we can, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
