Embark on a culinary journey from Paso Robles to the Texas Hill Country as we celebrate the heritage of Halter Ranch and the unique influence of each harvest. Winemaker Kevin Sass will guide you through an evening of storytelling and exceptional pairings, starting with a welcome hour featuring our Texas Sparkling Rosé and hors d’oeuvres.
